Spend time with your parents

               SPEND TIME WITH YOUR PARENTS

Fathers and mothers- they are two of the important people in your life. It's parents job to love and guide kids and most parents do this as long as they live. Now it's children's duty to take care of their parents. They should talk on phone to stay in touch. You don't have to be perfect but when you do your best, they will be proud of you. This makes them happy. Spend time with your parents and treat them well. When you look up from phone, they won't be there anymore. When you will seek them every where , you will not find them. The best thing in the world is to know that your parents are smiling because of you. Always love your parents, we are so busy growing up that we often forget they are also growing old. Parents may not be perfect but they are the most precious. gift God has ever given you. So it,s time to know and it,s your duty to take care of your parents like that they take care of you in your childhood.

Quality time is something we do not have anymore. It is always go go go, you know exactly what I am talking about. It has gotten to the point where each and every one of us is guilty of not performing our duties to the fullest potential because we have another meeting to attend in five minutes.

Researchers at the University of California, San Francisco, found that loneliness could lead to functional decline and, in some cases, premature death in older people.Accordingly, the research concluded that loneliness is a significant factor in the decline of quality of life in older adults and could lead to depression, cognitive impairment and other health problems like coronary artery disease.

Mothers work hard. Most moms spend an average of 550 hours each year caring for children.[1] Whether it's Mother's Day, your mom's birthday, or just a day you've set aside to spend time together, doing something special with your mom can help show her you appreciate all the time and care she's given you throughout your life.

Set aside time. There are plenty of ways you can squeeze face time into your busy schedule, but your mom will probably appreciate if you set aside a whole day to spend together every once in a while. Find a day that works for both you and your mom, and take the day off from work or any other day-to-day obligations you might otherwise be doing.

After all, you should spend time with your parents. Skip the Friday night gathering with your friends and watch a movie with your parents. I promise you will still be “cool.” Remember, you do not have forever.
