Lovers' Day or valentine day is also called Saint Valentine's Day or the Feast of Saint Valentine.The earliest description of February 14 as an annual celebration of love appearance.Valentine's Day customs developed in early modern England and spread throughout in the 19th century.It is an occasion in which lovers expressed their love for each other by presenting flowers, offering confectionery, and sending greeting cards.The rise of Internet popularity is creating new traditions. Millions of people use, every year, digital means of creating and sending Valentine's Day greeting messages such as e-cards, love coupons or printable greeting cards., Valentine's Day is celebrated in some East Asian countries. Chinese and South Koreans are spending the most money on Valentine's gifts.Almost all over the world,lovers are celebrating this day by spending more money.Valentine's cards are often decorated with images of hearts, red roses.

Some of them would be charged in the Shariah Court for defying the department's ban against the celebration of Valentine's Day.In Saudi Arabia, in 2002 and 2008, religious police banned the sale of all Valentine's Day items, telling shop workers to remove any red items, because the day is considered a Christian holiday.
Many people exchange cards, candy, gifts or flowers with their special valentine.We do know that February has long been celebrated as a month of romance. Valentine’s Day the second largest card-sending holiday of the year.Women purchase approximately 85 percent of all valentines.
