Carrots have the ability to increase the health of your skin, boost the immune system, improve digestion, increase cardiovascular health, detoxify the body, and boost oral health in different  ways.Most of the benefits of carrots can be attributed to their beta carotene and fiber content. Laxative is an anti constipation agent.Carrot oil is good for dry skin because it makes the skin softer, smoother and firmer.They also regulate the amount of insulin and glucose in our blood stream.Carrots are good for blood sugar regulation.

Carrots are used in  salads and soups, as well as  for snacks, side dishes, and essential ingredients in many recipes.Almost ,people of all cultures and countries eat this beneficiary vegetable raw and bake.carrots are rich in vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, vitamin B8, pantothenic acid, folate, potassium, iron, copper, and manganese. They also provide a well-rounded influx of vitamins and minerals.Carrots stop memory loss.Consumption of carrots is helpful in every way.

Carrots have enough amount of alpha carotene and bio flavonoid. These two are anti cancer agents.The alpha-carotene and bio-flavonoids in carrots have been associated with lower risks of cancer.Especially for lung cancer.
Carrots are used in foods and drinks all over the world.
In  Asia, delicious sweet dish, "gaajar ka halwa," is prepared using grated carrot, almonds, cashews, pistachio, butter, sugar, and milk.Carrot kheer is very popular.Especially in winter, people made this delicious kheer.
